Innovasil® P50 / P65 silicone tubing is mounted with a pair of TC50 silicone gasket at each end by LSR molding technology. With SUS 316 backup ring at each end, it can be connected with TC50 gaskets to form a seamless flow path without using of fitting or connector, which cause leakage risk sometimes. The pressure resistance with such design can be improved upto 4 Bar. The silicone tubing sizes vary from ID 1/2" OD 3/4" to ID 3/4" OD 1" and tubing length can be customized upon customer's requests. Both silicone tubing and gasket injection molding are conducted and packed in ISO Class 7 clean room and are suitable for Biopharmaceutical uses.
