    Innovalloy® 62F series have consistent tight tolerance from lot to lot as manufactured by our specially designed extrusion line. Benefits from multi-layer structure, Innovalloy 62F has high clarity, high tear strength, excellent abrasion resistance and unique fluoro polymer inner layer for superior chemical resistance, which make it ideal for many applications, including fuel and lubricant lines, pneumatic lines, abrasive product transfer and cable jacketing. Unlike traditional fluoro polymer PTFE, FEP, PFA tubing, Innovalloy® 62F is more flexible and has very small MBR (minimum bend radius). It is particularly suitable for ink tubing due to its superior resistance to Ketone, toluene and acetone, and has been widely applied in ink jet machine and printers. It also provides exceptional resistance to oils, greases, fuels and many other chemicals. Innovalloy 62F is able to withstand rugged daily use, resists weathering and can be safely used in temperatures ranging from -70C to 135C. Compared to Innovalloy 62V, Innovalloy® 62F is resistant to Ketone thus is an ideal alternative solution to Hakko E-SJ series tubing.
