Innovalene® 3500 are a series of PVC flexible tubings. They are one of the indutry's first non-DEHP tubing offering and are made especially for use with petroleum based products. The distinct translucent yellow color of Innovalene® 3500 tubing identifies it as a fuel line, but also allows the user to monitor flow. The special PVC formulation uses a specific plasticizer that will not crack or dry out like other PVC compounds will in the presence of petroleum based products. This formulation also boasts a higher resistance to ethanol and a longer shelf life than traditional fuel formulations. Therefore, Innovalene® 3500 is widely used in various applications where Petroleum-Based products are involved, such as 3D printing, handhold device, ink, fuel delivery and It is routinely used to handle gasoline, diesel, kerosene, lubricate oil and coolant in various industrial applications. Innovalene® 3500 is an ideal replacement to Tygon® F4040A, and FuelFlex®-65.
